Grand PMS by Nanovise

Terms of Service

Last updated 11 October 2026 · Version 2026-10-11

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Grand PMS, including the hotel property management software, booking pages, websites, applications, APIs and related services (together, the "Service"), provided by Nanovise ("Nanovise", "we", "us", "our"). By creating an account, ticking the box to accept these Terms, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

In short: we work hard to keep the Service running and your data safe, but the Service is provided as it is, you are responsible for your own business records and legal compliance, and Nanovise accepts no liability for losses arising from its use, as set out in full below.

1. Who may use the Service

  • You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract under the laws of India.
  • If you register on behalf of a hotel, homestay, guest house or other business, you confirm that you are authorised to accept these Terms for that business. In these Terms, "you" means both you and that business.
  • You must give accurate, current and complete information when you register and keep it up to date.

2. Your account and your staff

  • You are responsible for everything done through your account, including by staff and anyone else you give access to.
  • Keep passwords confidential, give each staff member their own login, choose appropriate roles, and remove access promptly when someone leaves.
  • Tell us immediately at info@nanovise.com if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your permission.

3. Plans, the Free plan and fees

  • The Free plan is available to properties with up to 20 rooms and includes the features and limits shown in the Service from time to time, such as the number of rooms and staff logins. The Service enforces these limits.
  • Pro, Premium and add-on services are provided at prices agreed in writing. For pricing, write to info@nanovise.com.
  • Fees are exclusive of GST and other applicable taxes, are payable in advance unless agreed otherwise in writing, and are non-refundable except where we agree otherwise in writing or the law requires a refund.
  • We may add, change or remove features, limits, plans and prices. We will give reasonable advance notice of changes that materially reduce the Free plan, or that affect a paid plan you have already paid for.
  • We offer the Free plan at our discretion and may modify, suspend or discontinue it after giving reasonable notice. We have no liability to you for doing so.

4. Your responsibilities

  • Use the Service only for lawful hotel and hospitality operations.
  • You alone are responsible for complying with the laws that apply to your business. These include GST and other tax laws, invoicing and record-keeping rules, guest registration and identity verification, Form C reporting for foreign nationals, reporting to police and local authorities, consumer protection law, and data protection law including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
  • You are responsible for the accuracy of rates, taxes, invoices, payments, reports, room status and every other entry made in your account.
  • Tax calculations, GST slabs, reports, suggestions and templates in the Service are tools to help you. They are not tax, legal, accounting or financial advice. Check them, and consult your chartered accountant or other adviser before relying on them.
  • For the personal data of guests and staff that you enter, you must have a lawful basis and give any notices and obtain any consents the law requires.

5. Acceptable use

You must not, and must not allow anyone else to:

  • break any law or infringe the rights of any person;
  • upload malware, or probe, scan, test or bypass the security, authentication or usage limits of the Service;
  • access, or try to access, data belonging to another customer;
  • copy, modify, reverse engineer, resell, sublicense or provide the Service to others, except as we expressly allow;
  • use bots, scrapers or other automated means to access the Service, except through interfaces we provide for that purpose;
  • place an unreasonable load on the Service or interfere with its operation; or
  • use the Service to send spam or unlawful messages.

6. Your data

  • Between you and us, you own the data that you and your users enter into the Service, including property, reservation, financial, guest and staff information ("Customer Data").
  • You grant Nanovise a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, copy, process, transmit and display Customer Data only as needed to provide, secure, support and improve the Service, and as required by law.
  • For personal data of guests and staff contained in Customer Data, you are the Data Fiduciary and Nanovise processes that data on your behalf as a Data Processor within the meaning of the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
  • We may create and use aggregated or de-identified information that does not identify you, your guests or your staff, to operate and improve the Service.
  • We do not sell Customer Data.

7. Data protection and security: best efforts, no guarantee

We make every reasonable effort to keep your data safe, protected and available. We use security practices appropriate to the Service, including encryption in transit, hashed passwords, role-based access controls, audit logs, and hosting on reputable cloud infrastructure (Cloudflare).

However, no software, network or storage system is completely secure, error-free or always available. Accordingly:

  • We do not guarantee that Customer Data will never be lost, corrupted, deleted, disclosed, accessed without authorisation or temporarily unavailable, and we are not liable for any such event, except to the limited extent set out in the Limitation of liability section.
  • We may keep backups as part of our operations, but we do not promise that any particular data can be restored.
  • You are responsible for keeping your own copies of any Customer Data you need, including records you are required to keep under GST and other laws, using the export and print features of the Service.
  • If we become aware of a personal data breach affecting Customer Data, we will inform you without undue delay and share the information reasonably available to us, so that you can meet your own obligations.
  • Customer Data may be stored and processed in India and in other countries where our service providers operate.

8. Third-party services

The Service may connect to or depend on services run by others, including online travel agencies, channel managers, payment gateways, messaging and email providers, and cloud hosting providers. Those services are governed by their own terms. Nanovise is not responsible for third-party services, including their availability, fees, errors or acts, or for data you send to them or ask us to send to them.

9. Availability and support

  • We aim to keep the Service available, but unless we agree otherwise in writing for a paid plan, we make no commitment about uptime or response times. The Service may be interrupted for maintenance, updates, internet or provider outages, or events outside our control.
  • You are responsible for your internet connection, devices and browsers. Keep a manual fallback for outages, for example a printed list of arrivals and in-house guests.
  • Support for the Free plan is provided on a best-effort basis by email at info@nanovise.com.

10. Intellectual property

  • Nanovise and its licensors own the Service, including its software, designs, documentation and trademarks. Subject to these Terms, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable right to use the Service for your internal business operations. No other rights are granted.
  • If you send us suggestions or feedback, we may use them freely and without any obligation to you.

11. Disclaimer of warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available", with all faults and without warranty of any kind, whether express, implied or statutory, including any warranty of merchantability, satisfactory quality, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, non-infringement, or that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free.

In particular, Nanovise does not warrant that tax rates, calculations, invoices, reports or other outputs of the Service are correct or compliant for your circumstances.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nanovise and its directors, employees, contractors and suppliers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages; for any loss of profits, revenue, bookings, business, goodwill or anticipated savings; for any loss, corruption, disclosure or unavailability of data; for any tax, interest, penalty or fine imposed on you; or for any claim by a guest, including claims arising from overbookings or relocations; however caused and under any theory of liability, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

  • Free plan: the Free plan is provided free of charge. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nanovise shall have no liability to you of any kind arising out of or in connection with the Free plan or your use of it.
  • Paid plans: Nanovise's total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with the Service or these Terms shall not exceed the fees you actually paid to Nanovise for the Service in the three (3) months immediately before the event giving rise to the claim.
  • Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
  • These limitations are an essential part of the agreement between us. We could not offer the Service, and in particular the Free plan, without them.

13. Indemnity

You will defend, indemnify and hold harmless Nanovise and its directors, employees and contractors against all claims, losses, damages, liabilities, penalties, costs and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or in connection with: your use of the Service; Customer Data; your dealings with guests, staff, travel agents, online travel agencies or authorities; your breach of these Terms; or your violation of any law or of any right of a third party.

14. Suspension and termination

  • You may stop using the Service at any time. To close your account, write to info@nanovise.com.
  • We may suspend or terminate your access, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms, do not pay fees when due, misuse the Service, create risk or legal exposure for us or others, or if the law requires it.
  • Free accounts with no sign-in for twelve (12) consecutive months may be closed and deleted after we send notice to the registered email address.
  • After your account ends, you may ask for an export of Customer Data within thirty (30) days. After that period we may delete Customer Data, subject to any retention the law requires.
  • The sections on your data, data protection and security, disclaimer of warranties, limitation of liability, indemnity, and governing law, and any other terms that by their nature should continue, survive the end of your account.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will publish the updated version on this page with a new date and, for material changes, tell you by email or in the Service. If you keep using the Service after the changes take effect, you accept the updated Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Service.

16. Governing law and disputes

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
  • Before starting any proceedings, each party will give the other written notice of the dispute and both will try in good faith to resolve it within thirty (30) days.
  • A dispute that is not resolved in that time shall be referred to arbitration by a sole arbitrator appointed by agreement of the parties or, failing agreement, in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The seat and venue of arbitration shall be the city in which Nanovise's registered office is located, and the proceedings shall be in English.
  • Subject to the arbitration clause, the courts at the city in which Nanovise's registered office is located shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

17. General

  • These Terms, together with any written order or agreement for a paid plan, are the entire agreement between you and Nanovise about the Service. If they conflict, the written order or agreement prevails for that plan.
  • If any part of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the rest remains in effect, and the affected part shall be enforced to the maximum extent permitted.
  • A failure or delay in enforcing any right is not a waiver of it.
  • You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our written consent. We may assign them to an affiliate or to a successor of our business.
  • Neither party is liable for delay or failure caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including outages of the internet, power or cloud providers, natural disasters, epidemics, war, strikes and government action.
  • We send notices to the email address registered on your account. You send notices to info@nanovise.com.
  • Your electronic acceptance of these Terms is valid and binding under the Information Technology Act, 2000.
  • The parties are independent contractors. Nothing in these Terms creates a partnership, agency or employment relationship.

18. Contact and grievances

For questions, notices or grievances about the Service or these Terms, write to info@nanovise.com. We aim to acknowledge grievances within two business days and to resolve them within fifteen days.
